Think this is an isolated case??? Nope. Here's a case involving a doctor who was brought up on charges over $3,000 of suspected fraudulent billing. Dr. Leonard Morse was EXONERATED and STILL lost it all. Guess who was the D.A.? None other than the disgraced Elliot Spitzer. So, now Dr. Morse is suing Spitzer for $75M! I hope he gives Spitzer a taste of his own medicine!
